NEW BRITAIN, Conn. — Stanley Black & Decker reported Q4 net income of $145.8 million, with profits of 91 cents per share and adjusted earnings at $1.56 per share. The results exceeded analyst expectations. For the fiscal year, the company posted profits of $760.9 million, or $4.76 per share, while revenue was reached $11.34 billion.
