VANCOUVER — Shoppers looking for deals as Target Canada stores go out of business are decidedly underwhelmed, reports the Vancouver Province. While the sale touts up to 30% discounts, those savings were hard to find, except for cosmetics and women’s accessories. Long lineups further frustrated Target’s “guests,” as the company likes to call its customers. Target Canada is closing its doors this spring, putting more than 17,000 Canadians out of work.
