ATLANTA — Home Depot announced the completion of its $1.625 billion acquisition of Interline Brands, Inc., a national U.S. distributor and direct marketer of broad-line maintenance, repair and operations products. The acquisition was announced last month. Home Depot CEO Craig Menear hailed the deal as an opportunity to better serve professional customers. Interline’s local distribution network includes more than 90 locations across North America.
