TORONTO — Lowe’s is set to open a new store in Cornwall, Ont., in mid-2016. Stocking more than 40,000 products, the new location will include some 100,000 square feet of retail sales space. An adjacent garden centre will cover about 13,000 square feet. The store is expected to create up to 140 jobs, plus 30 to 40 seasonal positions.
