BOUCHERVILLE, Que. — An August groundbreaking ceremony marked the start of construction on a new affiliate RONA store in Blainville, Que., slated to open in spring 2017. The store owners, Groupe Lespérance, already operate another location in Blainville, as well as a store in nearby Sainte-Thérèse. Thanks to an investment of more than $7 million, the new store will create 80 new jobs and feature 40,000 square feet of retail space, a 23,000-square-foot indoor lumber yard, and a garden centre at 11,000 square feet.
