TORONTO — Canadian Tire has appointed Greg Hicks to take on the new role of Group Senior VP, Consumer Products & Retail Experience. In this role he will oversee the company’s General Merchandise and Automotive businesses and take on the responsibility for its store experience. At the same time, Oliver Horton has been promoted to Senior VP, General Merchandising, and Andrew Davies to Senior VP, Automotive. Both will continue to report to Mr. Hicks.
