NEW BRITAIN, Conn. ― Stanley Black & Decker has been included in the Dow Jones Sustainability Index for North America for the sixth consecutive year. Its overall score increased from 75 last year to 77 this year, which places the company in the 83rd percentile of the Index. Companies are selected for the Index based on an analysis of economic, environmental, and social performance, taking into account factors such as corporate governance, risk management, customer relationship management, product stewardship, supply chain standards, and labour relations.
