Ontario dealers sell alarms with NBA help

TORONTO — The Fire Marshal’s Public Fire Safety Council will kick off a fire and carbon monoxide safety campaign featuring the Toronto Raptors. Two players, DeMar DeRozan and Cory Joseph, have been named Fire Safety Ambassadors in the new program, which is aimed at reducing fire and carbon monoxide incidents during the holiday season. DeRozan and Joseph will join David Orazietti, Minister of Community Safety & Correctional Services; Ross Nichols, Ontario’s Fire Marshal; and other safety stakeholders at the official campaign launch.
