TORONTO — Sears Canada reported total revenues for third quarter of $982.3 million, down 6.4% from the same period in 2012. Comp store sales increased by 1.2%, however. The company has announced the declaration of an extraordinary cash dividend of $5 per share to be paid to shareholders in early December.
