VANCOUVER — Acadian Timber reported net sales of $26.6 million in Q3, down from $27.2 million the same time last year. Net income totalled $5.9 million, or $0.36 per share, compared to $9.7 million ($0.58 per share) in Q3 of 2017. The company said it benefited from favourable operating conditions and strong seasonal demand, but harvesting schedules drove down log sales volumes by 11%.
