Acceo acquires Gemmar Solutions

MONTREAL – Information technology provider Acceo Solutions Inc. has acquired the Canadian and American assets of Gemmar Systems International Inc. GSI provides retail management platforms, including POS, store operations, merchandise management, and integrated e-commerce. This is Acceo’s third acquisition in recent weeks. The company expects the deal to further grow Acceo’s retail sector offering by expanding both its client base and the products it provides. This strategic acquisition will also increase Acceo’s presence in the Canadian and U.S. markets, while providing new opportunities to extend its expertise in the areas of e-business operations and payment in the retail sector.
