Ace Hardware reports Q1 revenue increase

Ace Hardware Corp. reported first-quarter 2025 revenues of US$2.2 billion, an increase of $89.4 million, or 4.2 percent, from the first quarter of 2024.

Net income was $30.3 million for the first quarter of 2025, a decrease of $16.6 million. Consolidated revenues totalled $2.2 billion, while total wholesale revenues were $2.1 billion, an increase of $75.1 million, or 3.8 percent, from a year earlier.

The company noted that recent tariffs imposed by the U.S. on companies worldwide will increase the cost of its goods. It intends to pass these increased costs through to its retailer customers and expects those dealers to pass these increased costs through to consumers.
