The final details of the 2023 Hardlines Conference schedule have been finalized, and participants can look forward to a full roundup of speakers including David Ian Gray (pictured), founder of retail consultancy firm DIG360, and customer engagement specialist Romain Mercier, a 10-year veteran of advertisement and marketing tech sales.
