TORONTO — The growing popularity of Black Friday deals is changing the face of Canadian retail, Doug Stephens, the “Retail Prophet” tells BNN. Where retailers used to keep prices up until Christmas, rolling them back for Boxing Week specials, the influx of American retailers is changing the game, says Stephens.
