BOUCHERVILLE, Que. — BMR Group has announced that it has welcomed Quincaillerie J.R. Grégoire to its BMR Express banner. Founded by Joseph-Raphaël Grégoire in 1920, the store has always been in the hands of the women of the family. Third-generation owner Delphine Grégoire grew up in the business, taking the reins in 2010 after her father, mother and aunt had successively run it. “I was immediately taken with the network’s co-operative values and also by the fact that BMR Group is 100-percent Quebec based,” she said. “This wind of change occurs just in time for our 100-year anniversary, and I’m convinced that it will be greatly beneficial for us and our clients.”
