BOUCHERVILLE, Que. — BMR Group announced it has acquired a minority stake in maple sugaring equipment manufacturer CDL, replacing Daniel Lalanne. The Saint-Lazare-de-Bellechasse company is majority-owned by the Chabot family. “This partnership will ensure our company remains in Quebec for a long time to come,” CDL President Vallier Chabot Said in a statement.
