Groupe BMR has confirmed that CEO Pascal Houle will leave his position next month to become head of operations with parent company Sollio Groupe Coopératif (formerly La Coop fédérée). BMR has an open job posting on LinkedIn for the CEO role. Houle takes on his new position on Feb. 25, when Sollio holds its annual general meeting, and will answer to Sollio CEO Gaétan Desroches.
Houle started his career in 1998 as manager of his local coop in Laurierville, Que., and was named management advisor for La Coop fédérée in 2000. He has been in his current post since 2015.
