BOUCHERVILLE, Que. ― BMR Group announced it is opening a second La Shop BMR location this spring in the Town of Mount Royal, near Montreal. The new 6,600-square-foot space follows the first implementation of the urban store concept in Montreal’s Griffintown neighbourhood (shown here). Like the first store, the Mount Royal location will not only stock a wide range of smart products, hardware and seasonal items, but also offer new product categories promoting eco-friendly consumerism.
“The Griffintown store has allowed us to test out a multitude of ideas with a new client base, which has proven very receptive,” Martin Lecomte, BMR’s VP of retail, said in a release. “With this second location, we’re maintaining La Shop’s modern and trendy look, but also building on our ideas so we can keep surprising our customers.” La Shop BMR stores are corporate stores owned by BMR Group.
