BOLTON, Ont. — TORBSA has announced that former General Manager Bob Holmes has retired. Holmes, who joined the buying group in 1996, had announced in February that he would retire before the calendar year was out. Paul Williams, previously Ontario regional manager for CGC Inc., took the reins as president of TORBSA this past summer.
