TORONTO — Canadian Tire Corp. has announced that its upcoming annual meeting of shareholders on May 7 will take place electronically, including via audio webcast and teleconference. In light of public health concerns, attendance at the meeting in person is not possible. All shareholders of record as of the close of business on March 19 will be able to listen to the proceedings, vote and submit questions.
