WINDSOR, Ont. — Canadians are looking south of the border for deals on tires as the pre-holiday shopping season gets underway. The disparity in pricing between the two countries’ markets has long been a headache for the Tire Dealers’ Association of Canada, with a strong loonie taking part of the blame.
