VANCOUVER — CanWel Building Materials announced that it has agreed in principle to acquire the business of Total Forest Industries, a lumber pressure treating plant in Hagersville, Ont., from a privately held arm’s-length vendor. The facility will be CanWel’s tenth North American treating plant.
