MISSISSAUGA, Ont. — Castle Building Centres has announced that Sandy Welsh, business development manager for Atlantic Canada, will retire from the company at the end of the summer after seven years. The company will begin scouting for potential successors in the Maritimes, with a view to filling the position by mid-year in order to ensure a smooth transition.
