Cloverdale Group makes U.S. acquisition through Rodda

Cloverdale Group, owner of Rodda Paint, has announced Rodda’s acquisition of Miller Paint. A deal was reached on Dec. 2 to integrate Miller and its employees into Rodda. The total price for the acquisition has not been made public. The merger will double Rodda’s and Miller’s combined footprint in the Pacific Northwest.
