Toronto-based Cookery is the winner of the gia Canada Award for 2022-23. Alison Fletcher, the first speaker at this year’s Hardlines Conference, founded a single store in 2014. The kitchenware retailer and cooking class studio now has four stores in Toronto and a franchise in Montreal.
