Dollarama has doubled CEO Neil Rossy’s compensation compared with prior to the pandemic, The Globe and Mail reports. In 2021, Rossy earned $7.83-million, an increase from $6.83-million in 2020 and $3.80-million in 2019. Larger bonuses were a significant contributor to the increase, as Dollarama benefited from a boost in sales during the pandemic.
