Dow announces personnel changes

CALGARY — Dow Building Solutions has announced that Martha Swinn, formerly National Account Manager for Canada, will assume Regional Sales Director responsibilities for all markets in Eastern Canada. Swinn joined Dow Canada Commercial Development Program in Sarnia in 1991. She started in Sales for Dow Building Solutions Canada and has held various sales responsibilities since that time. She was named to her most recent position in 2012. Succeeding Swinn in that role is David Kelly, who joined the company in customer service in 1989, later moving to sales and serving since 2012 as Senior Account Manager for the Ontario Residential Market.
