WILMINGTON, Del. — Dupont Protection Solutions is marking 50 years of its Tyvek unwoven material. The company will celebrate with a series of special events and communications during the year. Dupont’s Global Business Director, Christian Marx, took advantage of the occasion to tout Tyvek’s achievements and applications, “[f]rom helping to protect medical personnel during the West Africa Ebola crisis, to serving as a weather barrier for the pavilion housing the Liberty Bell in Philadelphia along with countless homes and commercial buildings around the globe, to … maintaining the sterility of medical devices and supplies.”
