ECI Software acquires Prosperity Computer Solutions

FORT WORTH, Texas — ECI Software announced that, as part of the settlement of its intellectual property suit against Prosperity Computer Solutions, it has agreed to acquire Prosperity’s assets. A software company serving the LBM and hardlines (LBMH) industry, Prosperity will become part of ECI’s LBMH Group. ECI offers industry-specific software including POS and enterprise resource planning systems. Prosperity was founded in 2016 by former ECI employees. The deal closed on June 5.
