TOWN AND COUNTRY, Mo. — Energizer Holdings reported a loss of $88.5 million for the quarter, as one-time costs related to the deconsolidation of its Venezuelan business impacted results. Net sales of $1.01 billion represented a decrease of 5.1%. Sales rose 0.3% when year-over-year Venezuela results were excluded. Analysts expected revenue of $1.02 billion for the quarter.
