Exchange-A-Blade has announced the appointment of Scott Coates as director of sales and marketing for North American operations, effective March 7. Coates brings over 20 years of experience to the role, having worked for Stanley Black & Decker, Newell Rubbermaid, and most recently Techtronic Industries. His past roles include overseeing field sales, recruiting, and training.
