OTTAWA — The federal government is offering interest-free loans to small and medium enterprises in Western Canada in order to mitigate the impact of the pandemic. The Regional Relief and Recovery Fund is available in separate streams for amounts over and under $40,000, on a first come, first serve basis, to a limit of $1 million. The fund is under the auspices of the regional development agency, Western Economic Diversification Canada.
