OTTAWA ― Canada’s Competition Bureau will not obstruct Lowe’s bid to acquire RONA, the Canadian Press has reported. The agency has concluded that the purchase, which has already been approved by regulators in Quebec, will not limit consumer choice. Economic development minister Navdeep Bains is speaking to the press about the deal this morning.
