Fire at B.C. Canadian Tire store deemed “suspicious”

The Canadian Tire store in Vernon, B.C., was the victim of a fire this past Saturday and the RCMP is investigating the suspicious circumstances of the blaze. No one was injured, but it did cause extensive damage. The fire appears to have been started outside in the store’s garden centre. It quickly spread and did damage to an adjacent exterior wall.
