Simpcw Resources Group, the economic development arm of Simpcw First Nation (pronounced Seem-quh), has announced its purchase of Barriere TIMBER MART in Barriere, B.C. “Shawn and Suzie Fadear have worked hard to grow this integral business in Barriere and Simpcw is looking forward to further strengthening community partnerships,” said Simpcw Chief George Lampreau. The Fadears acquired the approximately 9,000-square-foot store, then an IRLY Building Centre, in 2010.
