TORONTO — Canadian Tire Corp. turned in solid results for its third quarter. Although overall retail sales were essentially flat (+0.1%), consolidated revenue was up 1.9% to $3.13 billion, and reflects the impact of lower year-over-year gas prices at Petroleum. In the retail segment, Canadian Tire stores saw sales growth of 1.5%, with same-store sales up 3.4%, reflecting strong seasonal and non-seasonal sales.
