DELSON, Que. — Goodfellow, one of Eastern Canada’s largest LBM distributors, has announced the appointment of Denis Fraser as president and CEO, effective December 1. He takes over from Richard Goodfellow, who ran the company for the past 25 years and is retiring. Fraser has 30 years of experience in the distribution and manufacturing sectors. Initial positions in manufacturing, marketing, strategic planning and corporate development have been supplemented by a number of senior general management roles. Over the last five years, he has led the Quebec division of plumbing and HVAC company Groupe Deschenes, and previously held positions at Imperial Oil and Arcelor Mittal.
