LAKE FOREST, Ill. — W.W. Grainger has posted Q4 earnings of $60.7 million and net income of $1.01 per share. Adjusted for asset impairment and other one-time costs, EPS came to $2.45, topping a Zacks consensus estimate of $2.36. Revenues for the quarter amounted to $2.47 billion, also beating out analyst estimates of $2.45 billion on average. Profits for the full year were $605.9 million, or $9.87 per share, while the company reported annual revenues of $10.14 billion.
