SADDLE BROOK, N.J. — Arrow Fastener announced that Hangzhou GreatStar Industrial Co., Asia’s largest hand tool manufacturer, agreed to acquire all its shares. Arrow’s range of tools will continue to be manufactured at its New Jersey plant, which will also serve as a North American distribution hub for GreatStar products. Arrow’s management team remains in place.
