Hudson’s Bay Co. has launched Zellers store-within-a-store concepts at twelve locations in Ontario and Alberta. The historic retailer closed the banner’s original locations between 2013 and 2020 but piloted the new concept within The Bay stores in Montreal and Burlington, Ont., in 2021. A total of 25 Zellers sites are planned. Food trucks will offer a selection of menu items through this weekend, with a cross-country tour planned for the summer.
