Home Depot updates negative 2023 forecast

Home Depot is holding its annual Investor and Analyst Conference later this morning, when it will provide an update on its forecast for 2023. The retailer expects sales and comps to decline between two and five percent from fiscal 2022. It further anticipates a diluted earnings-per-share decline between seven and 13 percent.
