Forbes magazine has recognized Home Hardware Stores Ltd. in Canada’s Best Employers list for the second year in a row.
“At Home Hardware, we are committed to making talent and culture a competitive advantage and we are pleased to see this acknowledged by Forbes,” said CEO and president Kevin Macnab in a release. “The continued dedication of all our Team Members during these trying times has been remarkable.”
In collaboration with Statista, Forbes selected Canada’s Best Employers for 2021 based on a survey of more than 8,000 Canadian employees working for companies employing at least 500 people in their Canadian operations. Other retailers on the list included Costco (at #3), Princess Auto (#143), Home Depot (#201), and Canadian Tire (#268).
