ST. JACOBS, Ont. — Home Hardware has announced the recipient of the 17th annual Walter J. Hachborn Store of the Year Award, which pays tribute to the top store selected from close to 1,100 stores across Canada for achieving the highest standards in retailing, merchandising, staff performance, and overall quality and service. The 2013 Store of the Year Award was presented to John Locke and Bill Ecklund, dealer-owners of Orillia Home Hardware Building Centre. The store, which previously won the accolade in 2011, is only the second dealer to win this award twice.
