Rob Wallace, chief retail operations officer at Home Hardware Stores Ltd., has left the company. Wallace spent a lifetime at Home Hardware, starting there as a student and steadily working his way up through promotional and PR roles. In 2015, he was named director of marketing and four years later became VP of marketing. From there he was promoted into the retail operations role.
