Léger has released its 25th annual Reputation study, and several industry players made the ranking. Canadian Tire Corp. placed fourth, while Home Depot was in the number 12 spot. Home Hardware came in at number 40, with RONA at 50 and Lee Valley Tools at 138. The largest Canadian market research firm analyzed more than 285 companies and surveyed more than 38,000 Canadians. The study judged companies based on six factors: financial strength, social responsibility, honesty and transparency, quality, attachment, and innovation.
