Sales of existing Canadian homes rose by 2.8 percent (seasonally adjusted) in November, according to data from the Canadian Real Estate Association. On an unadjusted basis, monthly activity was 26.0 percent above November 2023. The number of new listings edged down by 0.5 percent month-over-month.
