STOCKHOLM — Husqvarna Group has reached an agreement with HTC Group to acquire the Söderköping-based company’s Floor Grinding Solutions business. The move is line with Husqvarna’s goal of expanding its construction business, said CEO and President Kai Wärn. Terms of the purchase have not yet been released, but more details will be released before it is finalized.
