BURLINGTON, Ont. ― Ikea Canada announced that the first Pick-Up and Order Point in the country is now open for business in Quebec City. The 3,675-square-foot location allows customers who have shopped online or at an Ikea store to pick up their products closer to where they live. Customers are also able to buy services to support their purchases, sit at a computer station to browse the range online, as well have access to 99 of some of the most popular Ikea products available for immediate takeaway. Ikea currently has 12 stores across Canada, an eCommerce virtual store, a London, Ont., Pick-Up and Order Point opening tomorrow, as well recently announced Pick-Up and Order Points in Kitchener, St. Catharines, Whitby, and Windsor, Ont. The company is stressing the Pick-Up and Order Points in its plans for growth.
