Indigo Books & Music has announced a round of promotions at its highest level of leadership. Founder Heather Reisman is transitioning from the role of CEO to the executive chairmanship of the retail giant’s board. Succeeding her is Peter Ruis, from whom Andrea Limbardi, previously chief customer and digital officer, is taking over as president. Reisman said in a release that she had “full confidence” that Ruis would be “instrumental to both our future success and to sustaining the core values and culture that have underpinned this organization since its founding.”
