Exchange Solutions, a personalized loyalty services provider, has formed a partnership with Kent Building Supplies, which operates 48 home centres and big boxes in Atlantic Canada. Exchange Solutions will work with Kent to develop an online loyalty program.
Kent will use Exchange Solutions’ ES Loyalty SaaS Platform and ES Engage, which is designed to drive consumer engagement. This partnership will allow Kent to offer customers a personalized program that gives them access to exclusive, customized offers and rewards. Consumers will also be able to take advantage of real-time offers while browsing online.
